About the opportunity

Do you love people and helping them get a great outcome?  We are seeking an awesome addition to our client’s team who is ready to take the next step in their career as a Sales Support Officer! This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team with the core function of the role being to serve as a fantastic first impression of this brand providing an elevated customer experience in every interaction.

In this role you will be given great guidance and support to help you succeed!

Key duties snapshot

  • Act as the first point of contact for the business, adeptly managing high volume phone calls and enquiries.

  • Ensure seamless management of all customer orders, maintaining meticulous data accuracy with customer details.

  • Execute track and trace and recall requests on parcels promptly and efficiently.

  • Support the Financial Controller by conducting daily debt recovery tasks.

  • Stay updated on promotional products and seizes upsell opportunities whenever possible!

About you!

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in Customer Service could be retail or hospitality background and a knack for multitasking and responsive in their approach to get to solutions quickly!

  • A demonstrated interest in learning and an eagerness to be coached and mentored!

  • Experienced user of the Microsoft Suite
