About the Practice

NewPsych Psychologists opened its doors nearly 30 years ago and has grown rapidly to include over 50 mental health professionals and a dedicated administration and support team across two sites with affiliates across the country. NewPsych has earned a stellar reputation as a leader in enhancing the health and well-being of its clients. About the opportunity

We are seeking organised and experienced administration professionals to join their exceptional practice. As a Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact, supporting a team of clinical professionals and creating a warm and welcoming first impression for all clients. You will be crucial in streamlining operations, working in a fast-paced environment, have expert multitasking skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Snapshot of key responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone and email in a timely, accurate, and professional manner

  • Ensure accurate data entry and processing of invoices/billing requirements in Power Diary

  • Manage clinicians' diaries and schedules

  • Stay updated on NewPsych’s clinical and organisational services

  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to internal team members as required
