About the opportunity

Compass Pools is seeking a passionate and creative Communications Coordinator to join their Tomago-based team. In this role, you will be creating engaging social media posts, capturing videos and photos, and interviewing customers to produce compelling testimonials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise between the external marketing and web team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with marketing team and execute content strategies for social media platforms.

  • Be primary person responsible for online engagement on social ad web platforms.

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging with business objectives.

  • Analyse and report on the performance of communication initiatives, providing insights for improvement.

About you

The successful candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Highly organised, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain a consistent and impactful brand image.

  • Ideally tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field.

  • A passion for content creation and up to date with the latest social media trends.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and content management systems.

  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities.
