About the opportunity
Compass Pools is seeking a passionate and creative Communications Coordinator to join their Tomago-based team. In this role, you will be creating engaging social media posts, capturing videos and photos, and interviewing customers to produce compelling testimonials.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise between the external marketing and web team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing team and execute content strategies for social media platforms.
Be primary person responsible for online engagement on social ad web platforms.
Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging with business objectives.
Analyse and report on the performance of communication initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
About you
The successful candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Highly organised, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain a consistent and impactful brand image.
Ideally tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field.
A passion for content creation and up to date with the latest social media trends.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools and content management systems.
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities.
