Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for talented Executive Assistants to take on temporary roles within some of Newcastle and The Hunter's most reputable organisations and businesses. These positions offer a diverse range of durations, spanning from a few weeks to several months. Ideal for seasoned executive professionals, the opportunities require individuals with the following attributes:
Ideal Criteria:
Experience in an Executive level support role
Sound administrative, data entry, report writing and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Able to show initiative and be a self-starter
