Employing over 400 people, Strike Force Services is on an exciting trajectory of expansion and innovation.
The Opportunity
The newly appointed Head of Growth role will be at the forefront of expansion, identifying new opportunities, shaping strategies, and building lasting partnerships. Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this role will uncover untapped markets, drive revenue, and position Strike Force Services as the go-to provider in their sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a high-performing team across Marketing, Tendering, and Business Development.
Conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Partnering with the CEO and ELT to develop and execute the Corporate Business Plan.
Identifying and nurturing key business leads to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Mapping government tenders and programs to position the company for success.
Aligning business development with operational strategy for sustainable expansion.
About the successful candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. They will possess a strong ability to turn market intelligence into actionable strategies and demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills
Proven track record in sales, market diversification, and business development.
Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalise on market trends.
Exceptional communication skills to influence and engage key stakeholders.
Business Development – thriving on identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Diversification– experience leading the growth of a product or service across diverse industries such as education, healthcare or government
