About the Company
Strike Force Services is a trusted provider of integrated facilities management, delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality services across government, commercial, and infrastructure sectors for over 20 years. Based in Maitland CBD with a strong presence in the Hunter, their full service offering spans cleaning, maintenance, waste, grounds, pest control, hygiene and minor capital works across sectors including mining, power stations, local councils, education, industrial sites, and healthcare. About the Opportunity
This opportunity has come about through internal development, reflecting the business’s continued growth and commitment to building capability from within. As HSEQ Business Partner, you’ll take ownership of health, safety, environment, and quality systems that support both compliance and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll ensure systems remain effective, certifications are maintained, and safety and quality standards stay front of mind across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve HSEQ systems, including the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Monitor and analyse lead indicators to identify risks and anticipate trends
Ensure compliance with and maintenance of external certifications, including ISO standards
Track and report on key HSEQ metrics to support informed decision-making
Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and work practices
Support a proactive safety culture by working closely with leaders and frontline teams
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HSEQ role within heavy industry
Certificate IV or higher in Work Health and Safety
Demonstrated working knowledge of HSEQ systems, compliance, and certification standards
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
Confidence working independently and supporting teams across varied environments
Current First Aid Certificate
Current driver’s licence
