We are looking for a savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the implementation of digital, marketing, and communication activity for a dynamic business operating in Australia and New Zealand. About the role

We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Communications Coordinator to join the digital team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in the implementation of digital, marketing, and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute effective email campaigns that engage the audience and drive measurable outcomes. Your emails will be both creative and data-driven, with the goal of capturing attention and driving action.

  • Update and publish content to the company's YouTube channel, ensuring it aligns with audience expectations and best practices.

  • Assist in promoting the in-house podcast across various platforms, including content creation and scheduling to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

About you

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. They should be able to think beyond the immediate tasks and plan for the future. As part of a close-knit team, you’ll thrive in an environment where working hard, having fun, and supporting each other is key.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and audience-appropriate content for different platforms (email, social media, YouTube).

  • Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and meeting deadlines through effective planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks.

  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana, with a proven ability to stay on top of timelines.

  • A strong eye for detail, particularly in the final review of marketing assets, ensuring links work and content resonates with the intended audience.

  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive working environment, while also working autonomously as required.

  • Video editing experience and a passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and practices will be highly regarded.
