  • Oversee daily operations, including client interactions and service coordination, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.

  • Supervise scheduling, workflow, and staff performance, addressing challenges and managing escalations effectively.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including quotations, contracts, service agreements, and invoicing, with precision.

  • Implement innovative solutions for rostering, procurement, and budget management to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular client engagement.

  • Monitor and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve both long-term and short-term business goals.

About you

  • Proven operations management experience, ideally in cleaning services or a related field.

  • A natural leader, skilled in motivating teams and achieving goals through effective leadership.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving performance and fostering collaboration.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities.

  • Superior communicator with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.

  • Resilient and adaptable, maintaining composure under pressure and effectively managing challenges.

  • Strategic thinker focused on enhancing operational efficiency and achieving targets.

  • Personable and confident, eager to grow within a supportive, family-oriented organisation.

The benefits

  • Competitive remuneration package, including a fully maintained vehicle.

  • A flexible and inclusive work culture that fosters work-life balance.

  • Supportive environment with clear pathways for professional development and growth.

  • Opportunity to bring fresh ideas and improve efficiencies.

  • Be part of a respected, family-owned business committed to the local community.
