Are you an experienced Operations Manager ready to lead a team and drive business efficiency in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business and an exceptional experience for both clients and employees. This is a key leadership role, perfect for someone passionate about people, processes, and delivering results.

Key duties will include:

  • Leadership, coaching, and development of the multidisciplinary team including timely recruitment and business planning

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and relevant legislation in aged care and disability support

  • Track and report on business performance, identify gaps in the business and provide solutions for more efficient and profitable operations.

  • Overseeing and ensuring effective roster management, administration, and information management processes

  • Leverage existing marketing assets, implement local marketing initiatives, and identify outsourcing opportunities for marketing support

  • Prepare for audits, ensure compliance with all relevant standards, and report regularly to senior management on operational performance

About you
 
We’re seeking a confident and progressive leader with experience ideally in the community service sector. You will be an engaging leader who is an effective communicator with a growth mindset and strong business acumen.
