About the Company

About the Opportunity
This newly created role supports Strike Force’s ongoing growth while ensuring service standards remain high across their expanding client base. As Operations Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of their full suite of services across a diverse portfolio. The role combines hands-on team leadership with strategic oversight to drive performance, strengthen client outcomes, and support the business through its next phase.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple service lines
Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality and contract alignment
Drive continuous improvement in safety, systems, and operational performance
Manage budgets, reporting, and commercial outcomes across contracts
Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to enhance service value and support long-term growth
About You
Experience in heavy industry, construction, maintenance, or facilities management
Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and accountability
Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of contract delivery
Confident managing WHS and quality assurance systems
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Comfortable with CMS/JMS software and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Relevant qualifications in operations, facilities or project management, business, or HSE
Current driver’s licence
