We’re seeking expressions of interest from Executive Assistants who are interested in working with some of Newcastle and the Hunter’s most reputable businesses.
These roles are varied in duration, ranging permeant roles to contract opportunities!
The opportunities are perfect for the experienced executive professional who possesses the following attributes and experiences:
Ideal Criteria:
Extensive experience in an Executive level support role
Sound administrative, data entry, report writing and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Able to show initiative and be a self-starter
