About the role
Join us in a role where you can make a significant impact in a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking Fundraising and Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive substantial growth from a portfolio of new and existing philanthropic partnerships. Engaging and inspiring Individuals, Corporates, Trusts and Foundations and stakeholders with bespoke engagement pathways will be at the heart of your work. You will collaborate with a dedicated team while also having the autonomy to lead and innovate. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in securing major gifts and building lasting relationships to support our mission and drive our organisation forward.
About you
Are you a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude? We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker—both creative and innovative, always driving for results. You should have proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or partnership development within the non-profit sector. A demonstrated track record of soliciting and securing significant major gifts (over $50K) from individuals, corporate partnerships, and foundations is essential. Your exceptional networking and relationship-building skills will enable you to engage and inspire new and existing donors, partners, and stakeholders effectively. Additionally, excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, and while you will thrive in a collaborative team environment, your ability to work autonomously is equally important.
Benefits
Work for an organisation that puts people at the centre of all they do, be part of a team that are passionate about what they do and have fun whilst doing it.
