About the Role

As a Project Coordinator within the property team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's 120+ site facilities and supporting the fit-out of new site facilities. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves managing a diverse range of projects, from minor refurbishments to major fit-outs, ensuring spaces align with the company’s high standards of quality and functionality. You’ll thrive in a supportive, dynamic team, contributing to projects that genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning and development of timelines for property upgrades, fit-outs, and renovations.

  • Help ensure projects stay on track with budgets, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.

  • Organise site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.

  • Manage contractor communications, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

  • Provide updates to team members and stakeholders on project status.

  • Monitor project expenses and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.

  • Assist with documentation to ensure projects comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Experience at an intermediate level in commercial property, fit-outs, or healthcare/high-compliance industries is preferred.

  • Strong ability to coordinate timelines, budgets, and logistics effectively.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and supportive approach.

  • Dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service excellence.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, thriving in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

  • Quick learner, confident using various computer programs and keeping organised records.

  • Takes initiative and supports the team in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly.
