About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced dynamic and highly motivated person to join Osborn Law in the Receptionist & Team Support position. This role’s purpose is to serve as the welcoming first impression for clients and to contribute to the effective and efficient operations of Osborn Law’s team by providing quality administrative support.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Acting as a friendly and energetic first point of contact for clients and referrers
Responding to all enquiries efficiently and triaging appropriately
Serving as the office go-to for facilities and other ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure a well-presented and maintained office
Following up on actionable tasks, including setting reminders for team members, monitoring workflow to meet deadlines, and booking appointments
Opening and managing client files with a strong focus on attention to detail

About you
This position is an integral part of maintaining effective operations for Osborn Law; therefore, experience within the legal or other professional services sectors is essential. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role within the professional services sector
A proactive, highly motivated attitude and confidence to support a professional team
A professional and positive approach, with a willingness to contribute to team success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a confident and adaptable demeanor
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to produce quality work
Effective time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Strong communication skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to troubleshoot
The ability to work independently while also contributing to the team
