Our client CIBIS International is a leading Australian developer of custom business software, web, and mobile applications. For over 25 years, they have collaborated with businesses, education providers, and government organisations across Australia. CIBIS has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Office Administrator to support the General Manager and wider team.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a switched-on Senior Office Administrator to join their team of professionals in this well-established company. The ideal candidate will be upbeat and enthusiastic about working in the fast-paced and ever-evolving ICT industry.

Working as key team support, your main duties will include a vast range of administration tasks, including:  

  • Providing administrative and personal assistance to the General Manager as required.

  • Answering all incoming calls.

  • Assisting in preparing high-quality documents, letters, and submissions with strong attention to detail.

  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and preparing outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintaining an organised office environment to ensure cleanliness and safety.

  • Formatting documents using MS Word (intermediate to advanced skills).

  • Providing administrative support, including meeting preparation and drafting reports.

  • Organising staff equipment, consumables, and amenities.

  • Reconciling expenses and performing data entry tasks.

  • Filing and maintaining electronic records.

  • Managing customer account creation on various systems/platforms.

About you

As a successful candidate you will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience within a similar position.

  • Extensive administration skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.

  • Technically savvy with strong skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritise workload, work autonomously and problem solve effectively.

  • A willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with commercial, private or personal information.

This successful candidate will also need to be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
