Expression of Interest for a unique full-time opportunity, based in Honeysuckle within Hunter Water's community-focused customer service team.

We are inviting expressions of interest for potential full-time opportunities to join our client, Hunter Water, in their Customer Service division.

Located in Honeysuckle, these roles offer a chance to be part of Hunter Water’s community-focused customer service team, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to customers.
  
Commencement: To be confirmed, express your interest for upcoming roles
Location: Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle; in-office and the option to work hybrid WFH
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours each week.
Roster: Rotating Monday-Friday roster with shifts between 7:30 am - 6 pm.
Work Type: Casual-on-hire/temporary basis
Duration: On-going
Casual Hourly Rate: $35 / hour + super
Bonus: $1500 Retention Bonus every 6 months

About the Role
We are looking for passionate Customer Experience Representatives who enjoy delivering personalised services within a community-focused inbound contact centre. The ideal candidate will be able to listen, learn and lead to ensure that customer problems are resolved with ease and success!
  
The key focus of these roles is to provide superior customer service; it’s not only about the service, it’s about the experience you can provide to every customer, across every interaction.
  
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound customer calls 

  • Responding to online enquiries 

  • Administration processing

  • Recording and maintaining relevant information on corporate information systems

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer-related queries.
