Are you passionate about connecting people with career opportunities? We’re looking for a Talent Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment expertise in the industrial sector. Working closely with our Recruitment Manager of the Industrial pillar, you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, engaging with candidates, and helping businesses find the right people for their teams.
This is a fast-paced role that suits someone highly organised, proactive, and people-focused, with a broad knowledge base of the industrial sector. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
Actively source and engage with candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Write compelling job ads and recruitment content to attract high-quality candidates.
Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing candidate care to build long-term relationships.
Support peoplefusion’s employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts by contributing to social media and industry insights.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools.
Identify potential business opportunities through recruitment activities such as reference checks and candidate conversations.
Collaborate with consultants on business development strategies and client engagement.
Attend industry events and forums to expand professional connections.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is desirable.
A generalist understanding of industrial job roles, including manufacturing, engineering, construction, and mining.
An induvial who would be excited by the prospects of developing the careers of your candidates.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
