About the Role
As the Technology & Systems Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of innovative technologies, optimising business systems, and ensuring seamless digital operations. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be the go-to expert in systems, processes, and technology, helping to align business needs with smart, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Optimisation – Analyse and map business processes to identify technology-driven improvements.
Technology Implementation & Integration – Research, recommend, and implement fit-for-purpose digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Systems Management & Security – Maintain and support IT systems, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide ongoing support, manage system upgrades, and oversee disaster recovery planning.
Continuous Improvement – Identify and champion opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and user experience across the organisation.
Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with internal teams to understand needs and deliver technology solutions that enhance business performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in technology and systems implementation.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure management.
Hands-on experience with technology-driven business improvements and digital transformation projects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
