We’re seeking motivated individuals to step into office-based administration and customer service roles commencing in January 2025. These temporary positions offer a chance to contribute to the growth and seasonal needs of two large, well-established organisations in the East Maitland, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions.
Available Positions:
2 x Customer Service Representatives (Glendale)
Customer Support (Carrington)
Administration Support (East Maitland)
What We’re Looking For:
Successful candidates will bring:
Strong technological skills
A professional and friendly phone manner
Proven experience in administration or customer service
Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
While duties vary across roles, you can expect to:
Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries
Triaging and managing phone calls
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Support broader team tasks and administrative duties
Perform data entry and update CRM systems
Adhere to best practices and operational procedures to ensure efficiency
