peoplefusion is thrilled to announce our expansion with the appointment of two talented recruitment professionals to our growing team, Amanda MacGregor and Krystle Parker.
peoplefusion has established strong partnerships with the majority of 'great places to work' in Newcastle and the Hunter Region throughout the past 20 years, and our expansion has come about through understanding the priorities for our clients when it comes to talent attraction to deliver their growth and transformation strategies. The overall confidence of the economy for the Hunter Region remains strong, and through the addition of Amanda and Krystle we believe we can contribute far greater as we provide diversification to our recruitment offering and increase the introduction of specialised talent to existing and new clients.
Both Amanda and Krystle bring extensive expertise and enthusiasm to our organisation, having successfully led numerous recruitment projects in their respective recruitment specialisations. Amanda joins peoplefusion as our Executive & Finance Principal Consultant, bringing with her an in-depth understanding of the executive and accounting space from a career spanning close to 25 years in HR, and the past 6 years in the recruitment industry. Amanda has established for herself a well-respected and highly trusted reputation in the business community.
Amanda is excited for the opportunity to partner with new businesses, citing peoplefusions’ “unparalleled commitment to both clients and candidates, coupled with a dynamic and supportive work environment” as key motivators to join the peoplefusion team. Similarly, Krystle is appointed to the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist, leveraging her 16-years’ experience within the Recruitment industry, including 11 years leading Construction, Property & Engineering teams. With Krystle’s appointment, we are thrilled to announce peoplefusions’ expansion into engineering, manufacturing and construction recruitment.
With a proven track record of successfully collaborating with diverse organisations for complex recruitment projects across a wide range of sectors and disciplines, including engineering, manufacturing, construction and supply chain, Krystle is perfectly positioned to spearhead this new direction for peoplefusion. When asked what inspired her move to peoplefusion, Krystle commented, “I have always admired Ali and Sally’s reputation in the market. They have built long-term loyal client relationships through their consistent service and delivery.”
